What is the USA coming to?

Are we a Capitalist nation when we we're supposed to be a democracy? We are a country about freedom, understanding, and the pursuit of happyness... but now half of us don't have jobs, many are being repo-ed for various things, and the government is putting crooks in positions to deal with this crap. Is anyone gonna stand up and do something about it?? Maybe I will. Voting for the govornor is coming up... ima try to be responsible and pick the very best candidate to give the "big man" a kick in the ass!!

Horses dream too...

Before I left Triangle B Ranch in Florida, I had an amazing experience. Those horses, well the show horses at least, were worked almost as hard as I was. They got maybe an hour a day of turnout if they were lucky. So Sad : (
But one day I turned out my buddy Teddy... a 15.1 H gelding named Chiks RRockstar... when I went to check on him an hour later, he was laying flat out, sleeping in the sun. I didn't want to wake him, he looked so sweet and sooo cute and innocent. So I stopped and watched him. He started paddling his front legs just like dogs do!! I bet he was having the bestest dream about running free and galloping! He even tossed his head a little bit in his sleep. It was precious. It reminded me that no matter how bad things get, we always have our dreams were everything can be perfect, and sometimes we can use them to escape from the harsh reality of the real world. : ) Thanks Teddy, miss you sweetie!
